In 1931, “Bellanca Aircraft Corporation” built an ordinary long-haul aircraft and named it the Bellanca J-300 “Special”. It was a recycled CH-300 “Pacemaker” with a large fuel tank instead of a passenger compartment and a 300 h. p. power Wright's “Whirlwind” engine. The first aircraft (NR797W), called the “Liberty”, was designed to fly from Newfoundland to Copenhagen. The pilots failed to fly to Denmark - the plane landed in Germany after 32 hours of flight. In 1933, two Polish emigrants from Lithuania, Jonava area, Boleslaw and Jozef Adamowiczi bought an NR797W for a flight to Poland. The plane got a new name – “Warsaw”. Only in a second attempt in June 1934 did the flight from Newfoundland via Normandy to Warsaw succeed. LOPP bought the J-300 and then changed the registration to SP-BPG. In 1937 it was converted into a sanitary plane, but later 6 seats for passengers were installed in its cabin. The plane was used to lift parachutists to the heights of the jumps until the events of September 1939. He was burned at Adamkow airfield during the Luftwaffe raid on September 12, 1939.

A simple, well-designed and highly detailed model for advanced beginners and more experienced modelers. But, when working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, this model can best be glued by a novice modeler, who has made several models of increased complexity before. The details, which remain unpainted in the original, are metallic and printed in metallic color in the magazine, the publication also contains figurines of the Adamowiszi brothers.
