LZ 127 "Graf Zeppelin" - a passenger airship, built in Germany in 1928 and at that time became the largest and most advanced airship in the world. The airship received its name in honor of the German pioneer of rigid airships, Count Zeppelin. Dismantled in 1940. The fate of LZ 127 was the happiest of all one hundred and fifty rigid airships, built in the history of aeronautics: in 1929, it made the first flight around the world in the history of aeronautics; during its nine years of operation, the "Graf Zeppelin" spent about 17,200 hours in the air, made 590 flights to various countries of the world, covered almost 1.7 million km, transported 13,110 passengers and about 70 tons of cargo and mail; it crossed the Atlantic Ocean 143 times and the Pacific Ocean once.

A large, well-designed and moderately detailed model of the airship. Due to its size and the amount of details, it is suitable only for medium-experienced and experienced modelers. And even they will have something to do. Excellent text instructions in German and English, and a considerable graphic instruction. And both of them together will definitely help You correctly assemble this seemingly simple model. But don't be fooled - You will have to use all Your reserves of diligence, attentiveness and patience. There is no color reserve. The cladding details are printed with "Metallic" type silver paint, and their folding lines (the airship body is not perfectly round) are printed on the reverse side of the details.
