The AHS "Krab" (Polish: Armatohaubica Samobieżna – self-propelled howitzer) is a self-propelled armored artillery system, manufactured by the Polish companies “Huta Stalowa Wola” and “OBRUM”. In 1997, Poland announced a tender for the design and production of a new armored artillery system for the Polish Armed Forces. The plan was to purchase approximately 130 vehicles. Poland sought to utilize component commonality technology to create a self-propelled armored artillery system. The first prototype, developed on the PT-91 tank chassis, was manufactured in 2001. Because the Polish Armed Forces rejected this prototype, serial production did not begin. A new tender was later announced, and by 2006, two new prototypes had been manufactured. These prototypes used the South Korean tank K9 "Thunder" chassis, the British AS90 "Braveheart" turret, and the “BAE Systems” 155mm gun - howitzer. These two prototypes underwent military testing. Due to financial difficulties, serial production was delayed until 2011. Then, serial production finally began, and the first combat vehicles were delivered to the Polish Armed Forces in 2015. Under the 2021 contract, Poland plans to purchase a total of 120 "Krab" guns for approximately one billion euros.

A large, well-designed, and meticulously detailed model, painted in a colorful camouflage, intended only for intermediate and experienced modelers. Despite the lack of interior detail, the model, like the prototype itself, impresses with the abundance and variety of external details. The tracks are made up of separate tracks, the construction of which is truly complex. There are no color stocks, and the text instruction are short and contain only general notes, supplementing the graphical instructions But the graphical instruction is simply a masterpiece.
