“Dana” wz. 1977 - a modern Czechoslovak, Czech and Slovak self-propelled artillery gun - howitzer on a wheeled chassis. The first prototypes of this combat vehicle were made in 1976, and soon after that, serial production began, about 670 units of this excellent gun were produced. The machine is equipped with a “Tatra” T2-930-34 engine, developing 350 h. p. power. It is armed with a 152 mm howitzer gun and one 12.7 mm DShKM machine gun. In the late 1970s, “Škoda” created a prototype of a wheeled self-propelled howitzer gun. Thanks to such a chassis, the mobility of the new fighting machine on the road is very high, much higher, than that of similar weapon systems on a tracked chassis. It was also decided to use the eight-wheeled chassis of the Tatra T-815 VT "Kolos" tractor, which improved cross-country ability. After successful testing, the “Dana” wz. 1977 entered service in the Czechoslovak army. It was also exported to Poland, Libya and Georgia. After 1989, two new versions of the “Dana” self-propelled gun - howitzer were developed. The first, the ShKH "Zuzana", is a standard “Dana”, but armed with a 155 mm howitzer cannon, and entered service in the Slovak army in 1998. The “Zuzana 2” gun was also built, which, in addition to the 155 mm howitzer cannon, was equipped with a computerized FCS system, a modernized firefighting system and many other elements. The “Zuzana 2” was not mass-produced.

A large, well-designed, richly detailed and complex model for medium-experienced and experienced modelers. The model is detailed with everything, that is possible in a 25th scale model: chassis, engine compartment, cannon - howitzer, transmission, machine gun, very rich external detailing. The fighting and control compartments are not detailed. There is no color stock, but they can be "combined" to some extent by sparingly using the gluing fields of the other sides of the double-sided painting details. The text instruction in Polish is small, but complement the excellent graphic instruction.
