The industrial electric locomotive “Siemens” was projected and put into production at the beginning of the XXth century by order of the Swedish foundry industry. It was a one-off design, which is now almost completely forgotten. Only one photograph is known, on the basis of which this model was projected. This type of locomotive was produced in order to simplify and reduce the cost of maintenance, compared to the relatively high operating costs of steam locomotives. In addition, the small distance between the axles allowed these small locomotives to make sharper turns in cramped workshops.
A small, simple, well-designed and well-detailed model, suitable for modelers of any experience. Only advanced beginners and modelers with little experience are recommended to work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, not rushing, carefully and attentively. There are no color reserves. The textual instructions in Polish and English are small, but informative and a good complement to the rather large, easy-to-read, informative graphical instructions.
