"Berbice" is a two-mast schooner, also known as a Baltimore clipper. Its sail equipment was a gaff and the excellent yachting hull edges allowed it to develop a high speed. The ship is armed with six four-pounder guns, 2 12-pounder carronades and eight ¾-pounder falconettes and the crew's personal small arms. It was a formidable opponent for merchant and transport ships. It was built in 1780, and in 1782 or 1783 the ship was bought by the British Royal Navy. After 12 years of service there, the ship was wrecked off the coast of San Domingo.

The model is perfectly designed and well detailed, simple, so we recommend gluing it to everyone, who is not lazy, has patience and enough diligence and attention. Of course, advanced beginners and modelers with little experience should work under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. The flag is printed double-sided on the so-called "cloth" paper. The bottom plating is printed with "metallic" copper-color paint. The publication is completed with a set of ship frame parts, laser-cut from white cardboard of the required thickness, but there is also a "classic" set of frame parts, printed on thin paper. There are also parts for the Quay-Port shipyard quay and its equipment, "sea" and "shore". Thus, You can make a diorama in the process of building a ship.
