HMS "Wolf" - 18th century, second half British rowing - sail auxiliary warship. Launched in 1754 at Chatham Shipyard. The length of the ship at the time of launch was about 23 m, width - 8.6 m. Armament consisted of 10 3-pounder cannons and 10 ½-pounder falconettes. HMS "Wolf" is designed and built as a support vessel, capable of propulsion by sail or oars. It is worth noting, that ships of this size were rarely equipped with such extensive sail equipment (it is defined as the "snow" type). The ship received its baptism of fire during the "Seven Years' War" (1756-1763). During this war, he participated in one of the most famous actions of the British navy - the attack on the port of Le Havre, which took place in July 1759. This attack was very successful for the British and it disrupted the formation of the French invasion fleet. This fleet was being built to attack Britain. HMS "Wolf" also fought successfully in the American Revolutionary War (1775-1783). The career of this great ship ended in 1781, when it was sold and broken up.

The model is well designed and detailed, of medium complexity, so we recommend gluing it only to medium-experienced and experienced modelers, but, working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, it can be glued by both an advanced beginner and a modeler with little experience, but it will not be an easy job. The flags are printed double-side on so called "fabric" paper. The publication is completed with laser-cut frame and thickening parts from a white cardboard of the required thickness, but there is also a set of "classic" of frame and thickening parts, printed on a thin paper. There are a "secondary" cladding parts.
