The line ship HMS “Queen Elizabeth” was built during World War I - it was completed in 1915. At that time, its silhouette was completely different from, what the model depicts. The ship was completely rebuilt during the reconstruction from September 1, 1937 to January 1941. The configuration of the ship's superstructures was changed by about 90 percent, and the artillery was installed completely new. After entering service, on February 21, 1941, the ship was assigned to the Home Fleet's 2nd Battleship Division and operated in it until May of that year, when it was transferred to the Mediterranean Sea and, together with HMS “Barham”, the aircraft carrier HMS “Formidable” and destroyers, participated in combat operations in the Crete region, covering the air raid on the island of Scarpanto. On May 27, it became the flagship of the 1st Division, but in August it returned these functions to the repaired HMS “Barham”. On 19 December, the ship was hit by an explosion of explosives, attached to the hull by Italian divers. The ship did not sink, but until June 1942, work was underway on it, thanks to which the “Queen Elizabeth” was able to sail to the United States for repairs. On 6 September, the ship entered the dock at the Norfolk Repair Yard and was repaired until 26 June 1943, during which part of the anti-aircraft artillery was replaced with 40 mm "pom-poms". On 25 July, the ship was assigned to the Eastern Fleet, but remained in the Indian Ocean. On 16–24 April 1944, she covered the landings at Sabang in Sumatra, and later (6–27 May) she covered air attacks from the aircraft carriers HMS “Illustrious” and USS “Saratoga” on the port of Surabaya. Later, he covered attacks on Sabang. In October-November 1944, repaired in Durban, later participated in the shelling of oil refineries in Belavane, on January 21, 1945, covered with fire the landing on Ramree Island, on 0 25 – in Cheduba. In April 1945, together with the US Task Force 63 ships, shelled Sabang, at the turn of April-May, shelled Car Nicobraz and Port Blair in the Andaman Islands and acted as a cover ship in the operation to capture Rangoon. On July 12, 1945, the ship was directed to England, and on July 9, the ship was transferred to the reserve. On May 15, 1948, he was removed from the Royal Navy lists and on July 7, cutting work began.

A large, beautiful, complex, well-designed and richly detailed model with beautiful spotted camouflage for medium-experienced and experienced modelers. There are no color stocks, the text instructions in Polish are tiny and only general notes, but the graphic ones are exemplary.
