Engineer F. Nikolaus designed the plane in 1933. According to its original purpose, it was supposed to be a dive bomber, and as an aircraft for this purpose in 1934-1935, it performed state tests. But the practical use of the bomber in the Spanish Civil War in 1938 suggested, that it was more suitable as a direct support strike aircraft. And according to this purpose, it was used in subsequent European battles - in Poland, Greece, Yugoslavia, France and the USSR. Used until 1944, when almost all were destroyed or worn out.

A small, simple, well-designed strike biplane model with modest cockpit detailing, outboard armament assemblies, but no armament itself, engine only 'painted', excellent exterior detailing. Antiquarian publication.
