ZIL-130 (ЗИЛ-130) – the Soviet (later Russian) truck, in 1962–2012 produced at the Likhachev Automobile Plant (from 1992 to 2012, these trucks were assembled at the "Amur" plant). It was one of the most numerous, most widely used Soviet trucks - over 3 million units were produced. The car was started to be developed in 1953 (then called ZIS-125). The first prototypes appeared in 1957; a serial production began in 1962. The truck had a hydraulic power steering, and the cabin had three seats. Since 1977, the design of the cabin has changed - the radiator grille has been changed, and the turn signals are installed above (and not below, as before) the headlights. The standard ZIL-130 model was a flatbed truck with a length of 6675 mm, a width of 2500 mm, a height of 2400 mm, a wheelbase of 3800 mm, and a weight of 4300 kg. The truck had a carrying capacity of ~ 6 tons. The car was powered by an 8-cylinder, 6-liter, 150 h. p. gasoline engine. Many different modifications of the ZIL-130 were created: tractors (ZIL-130V1), dump trucks (ZIL-130D1), gas-powered (ZIL-138), as well as fire trucks, truck cranes, etc. Trucks were exported in large numbers abroad: to Afghanistan, Laos, Vietnam, Cuba, Mongolia and other countries. After the collapse of the USSR, many of them remained in service in various building, agricultural and other enterprises of the Republic of Lituania, some of them were taken over by the reestablished Lituanian Army. All of them were used for quite a long time due to their durability and good performance, but time has taken its toll and now meeting a "Ziliok" on Lituanian roads is a great rarity, tantamount to a miracle.

A rather complex, although significantly simplified model of this car for modelers with average experience and experienced modelers. This is a repeat of the 3rd issue of the "W. M. C. Models" publishing house, without the details of the flatbed truck version and supplemented with details of the exhaust system. The chassis, transmission, engine compartment, cabin equipment are perfectly detailed, it is possible to make openable doors and a hood, but there is no detailing of the interior of the technical assistance "booth". The model recreates the appearance of the car, that starred in the film "Night Watch" as a combat group truck. There is a small reserve of colors. History and explanations in the graphic instructions in Lituanian, Polish, English and Russian. The graphic instructions are small, but quite clear, there are no textual instructions.
