This rather beautiful silhouette rocket was rather poorly constructed. Only three starts took place, of which only one ended in partial success. The rocket had two stages, the first of which was powered by liquid fuel and 9 side boosters, powered by solid fuel. The second stage is powered by liquid fuel. The second stage is still used in newest "Delta" series rockets. The total height of the rocket is 35 meters, the total launch weight is 301,450 kg. The rocket could launch a payload of 8,300 kg into Earth orbit. The first launch was carried out on August 23, 1998, the last - on August 23, 2000.

The model recreates the appearance of the rocket with the number 269. It launched on May 5, 1999 from the Cape Canaveral Cosmodrome. The rocket was supposed to launch the "Orion 3" satellite into orbit, but due to a second stage accident, the satellite was launched into a lower orbit, than planned. Quite a large, but not too complicated, well-designed and maximally detailed model of a rocket carrier for modelers of any experience. Text instructions, although small, are clear and detailed in Polish, and graphics are exemplary. There are no color reserves, but are they needed?...
