P-47 Thunderbolt - US fighter-bomber. Appeared in 1942. Creators: Alexander de Seversky and Alexander Kartveli, both fled the Bolsheviks to the United States. It was perfect for aerial combat, followed by death on the ground. Even eight .50-caliber M2 machine guns aimed continuously at one location could easily destroy a light tank, let alone enemy fighters. When fully loaded, it weighs as much as eight tons, which includes 10 missiles or more than a ton of bombs. It is powered by an air-cooled 2535 horsepower engine. A total of 15,686 were produced.
From the publication, you can make the fighter of the Polish captain Bolesław Gladych, which he flew with the US Air Force in October 1944. A medium-complexity, well-designed and moderately detailed fighter-bomber model that will be great for a modeller of any experience. Only beginners and modelers with little experience should have a colleague nearby who can give advice in difficult moments. Antique publication.
