The European robin or robin (Erithacus rubecela) is a small passerine bird of the Muscicapidae family. In Eurasia, it is widespread from the Atlantic Ocean to the Ob River. In the north, it lives up to the White Sea, the middle reaches of the Ob, in the south - up to the middle reaches of the Urals, Iran, Transcaucasia, Asia Minor, the Mediterranean Sea. It lives in the British Isles, northwestern Africa. A small bird. Body length 12.5-16 cm, weight 16-18 g. The upper part of the body, wings and tail are brownish-gray, the throat and chest are orange-brown. These birds are excellent songbirds, their songs are graceful, quite melodious. Common robins also live in large cities, for example, in London - in yards near houses, where there is a lot of greenery, in gardens. Very cozy, curious birds, not afraid of people living in the city, can approach up to a meter away. When a person walks by, this bird seems to stare at him or jumps on branches, trying to draw attention to itself - when he approaches, it flies nearby again, looks at him with pleasure and waits for him to approach. The wagtail is the national bird of the United Kingdom. There is also a large population in Lithuania.
A small figurine of a small bird, consisting of 11 parts and depicting the appearance of a life-size bird. The figurine is intended for beginner modelers, but no one forbids an experienced modeler to make it - sometimes something simple is needed. Textual instructions in English, one might say, are not at all, the graphic ones are also not great, but sufficient for gluing the model. No color reserves are provided.
