The Lavochkin La-11 was the last stage of development of the successful Soviet fighter La-5 and the last serially produced Soviet fighter with a piston engine. The prototype first flew in May 1947, it differed from its predecessor La-9 in aerodynamics, a more spacious cabin and a larger fuel tank capacity (it was supposed to become a fighter to escort heavy bombers). A total of 1,232 aircraft of this brand were produced between 1947 and 1951, which served in the USSR AF (until 1955), the Korean PDR and the Indonesian AF.
From the publication, You can make a Korean PDR AF fighter, which the Chinese PR pilot Van Ten Bao flew and fought in during the Korean War. According to Chinese data, he shot down an American jet fighter F-86 "Sabre" in November 1951. The model is designed so, that even novice modelers can assemble it, so most of the details are significantly simplified, the wheel niches are only drawn and colored, the cabin interior is also simplified, the control plants are only together with the main plants. There are no color reserves, the textual instructions are medium-sized, but sufficiently detailed, the graphic ones are large and detailed - each detail is perfectly depicted in the assembly process and "glued" in its place.
