The French aircraft Breguet XIXA2 was considered one of the most famous aircraft in the world at the turn of the 1920s and 1930s. Its fame, regardless of its military purpose (produced in fighter, bomber and reconnaissance versions), was determined by its achievements in the civilian field, performing long-range and record-breaking flights and winning international competitions and contests. The prototype of the aircraft first flew in the spring of 1922; serial production began in 1924. A total of about 3,000 aircraft of all versions of this brand were produced. The first aircraft of this type reached Poland in July 1925. A total of 250 reconnaissance (A2) and bomber (B2) versions of the Breguet XIX were purchased. The aircraft served in combat units until 1937, and in training units until 1939. The Breguet factory also produced a record-breaking version of the type XIX aircraft, designed for long-distance flights. The aircraft, named "Point d'Interrogation", piloted by Dieudonne Costes, landed in New York on September 2, 1930 after a 37-hour flight and the pilot became the first to fly across the Atlantic from east to west. Also worth noting are two long-distance flights by Polish pilots, which significantly increased Poland's prestige in international aviation. The first of them was the flight of Colonel Ludomil Raiski and Sergeant Leonard Kubiak around the Mediterranean Sea in 1925 (the length of the route was 7850 km). The next flight was made by Lieutenant Bolesław Orlinski and Sergeant Leonard Kubiak, who, in a serial aircraft, that served in the Polish Air Force, made one of the longest flights at that time, the Warsaw - Tokyo - Warsaw route. The flight took place on August 27 - September 25, 1926 and covered a distance of almost 21 thousand km. The appearance of the plane of this flight is reproduced in the model from the publication.

A small but rather complex model of a small aircraft, perfectly designed and almost maximally detailed, suitable only for modelers with average experience and experienced modelers. The model recreates everything, that is visible on a real plane from the outside: the cockpit, landing gear, exterior detailing, control surfaces - only separated from the main ones. There is a considerable reserve of colors. The textual instruction is considerable, quite detailed and informative, in Polish and English, the graphical instruction is of medium size, but detailed and informative, sufficient for a good model assembly.
