The origins of the Caterpillar "Sixty" and the “Caterpillar” company itself date back to the early 1920s, when the C. L. "Best Tractor Company" began producing the Best 60 "Tracjlayer" tracked tractor. In 1925, after the merging of the C. L. "Best Tractor Company" and the “Holt Manufacturing Company”, the “Caterpillar Tractor Company” was founded, with headquarters in Peoria (Illinois). The new company continued to produce tractors Best 60, but already designated "Caterpillar 60" or Caterpillar "Sixty". At that time it was the largest and most popular product of the company. During the production process, a number of changes were made and new modifications appeared, which often affected the location or even side of the fuel tank and the equipment of the driver's cabin, as well as the improvement of the design of very simple electrical equipment and the installation of a tarpaulin roof instead of a closed cabin, changes in the design of the engine compartment. Produced until 1931, a total of almost 19,000 units were produced. In addition, "Sixty" also became the prototype of the first S-60 "Stalinec" produced at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant in the USSR

A small, well-designed and richly detailed complex model of a tracked tractor. It is detailed everything, that is possible on such a scale, so the model is intended only for modelers with average experience and experienced. The tracks are made only from separate tracks and are very complex, the engine compartment, chassis, suspension, driver's seat are fully detailed, all exterior details are perfectly reproduced. The textual instructions are quite large and detailed in Polish, the graphic ones are simply amazing. There are a lot of photos of the test model and a considerable reserve of colors.
