"Atlas" - a flameless steam locomotive

Flameless steam locomotives, powered by compressed air or steam, worked in places, where the use of ordinary steam locomotives was unsafe due to the threat of explosion or fire spread. This could most often happen in mines or munitions factories. The details in this publication recreate the appearance of such a locomotive, used by miners, the "Atlas", manufactured in 1917 and adapted to a 2-foot (610 mm) gauge.

A small model of a small locomotive, simple, well-designed and not overloaded with details, will suit both advanced beginners and modelers with little experience. Even they will not need any supervision from a more experienced colleague, but they will have to work not rushing, carefully and attentively. There are no colors reserves, but there are details of the railway track and the sub-grade, as well as details of the platform and the explosives carriage. The textual instruction in Polish and English is large, quite detailed, informative and perfectly complements the graphical instruction, which is also large, easy to read, quite detailed and informative.
