A river ironclad of the US Civil War-era Confederate Navy, that participated in several naval battles. Rebuilt from the captured steam frigate USS "Merimack" in 1861 and sunk in the Battle of Norfolk on May 10, 1862.
This publication offers You to make a simple, well-designed and detailed "Virginia" model. The model is suitable for modelers of any experience, but it is better for beginners to glue it under the supervision of a more experienced colleague and not as one of the first more complex models.
